Elevated Fauntleroy Way Station

Three are located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Southwest Alaska Street and Thirty-Ninth Avenue Southwest, and three are located on the northeast corner of that same intersection. A pedestrian-focused realm will be implemented around the potential station. This area has boundaries of Fauntleroy Way Southwest to the north, Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest to the east, Southwest Edmunds Street to the south, and Thirty-Ninth Avenue Southwest to the west. Pedestrian Connections will be located connecting Thirty-Ninth Avenue Southwest and Fortieth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Alaska Street and Southwest Edmunds Street, as well as going westward from Fortieth Avenue Southwest. Existing crosswalks and signaled intersections are located at the intersections of Southwest Oregon Street and Fauntleroy Way Southwest; Fauntleroy Way Southwest and Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest; Southwest Alaska Street and Fauntleroy Way Southwest; Southwest Alaska Street and Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest, and Southwest Edmunds Street and Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest. Bus routes run north and south on Thirty-Ninth Street Southwest, northeast and southwest on Fauntleroy Way Southwest, and east and west on Southwest Alaska Street. Active bus bays are located near the station, two on Southwest Alaska Street between Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest and Thirty-Ninth Avenue Southwest, and one on Thirty-Ninth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Alaska Street and Southwest Edmunds Street. There are two paratransit stops located on the east side of the intersection of Southwest Alaska Street and Fauntleroy Way Southwest. There are two pick-up and drop off sites for automobiles located on Thirty Eighth Avenue Southwest between Fauntleroy Way Southwest and Southwest Alaska Street. Future bicycle facilities are planned going east and west on Southwest Alaska Street, going south on Thirty-Ninth Street Southwest beginning at Southwest Alaska Street, going south on Thirty-Seventh Avenue Southwest beginning on Southwest Alaska Street, and going northeast and southwest on Fauntleroy Way Southwest. Bicycle and personal mobility storage are located on Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Alaska Street and Fauntleroy Way Southwest, and towards the southwest corner of the station, west of Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest. Future parks and public space are located west of Fortieth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Alaska Street and Southwest Edmunds Street. Seattle Fire Station Number Thirty-Two is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Southwest Alaska Street and Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest. Potential transit-oriented developments are located on the northeast corner of the Fauntleroy Way Southwest and Southwest Edmunds Street crossroad, on the southwest corner of the Thirty-Eighth Avenue Southwest and Southwest Alaska Street crossroad, and the northeast corner of the Thirty-nineth Avenue Southwest and Fauntleroy Way Southwest crossroad.
