- Elevated Dakota Street Station Lower Height (Preferred alternative with third-party funding)
- Elevated station west of Delridge Way Southwest between Southwest Dakota Street and Southwest Genesee Street (connects to tunnel Avalon Station)
- Elevated Delridge Way Station
- Elevated station on Delridge Way Southwest north of Southwest Dakota Street (connections to both elevated and tunnel Avalon Stations are being studied)
- Elevated Andover Street Station
- Elevated station west of Delridge Way Southwest and north of Southwest Andover Street (connections to both elevated and retained cut Avalon Stations are being studied)

Elevated Dakota Street Station

Station entry points for this station alternative include three south of Southwest Dakota Street, just west of Delridge Way Southwest, as well as two entry points on the east side of the intersection of Southwest Nevada Street and Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest. A pedestrian-focused realm will be implemented around the potential station. The borders of this realm include Southwest Dakota Street to the north, Delridge Way Southwest and Twenty-Fifth Avenue Southwest to the east, Southwest Genesee Street to the south, and Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest to the west. Pedestrian connection improvements will be implemented connecting the westmost Station entrance to Delridge Way Southwest; connecting Twenty-Fifth Avenue Southwest to Delridge Way Southwest; and connecting Southwest Genesee Street to Twenty-Third Avenue Southwest. Existing signalized intersections and crosswalks are located at the intersection of Southwest Andover Street and Delridge Way Southwest, and the intersection of Southwest Genesee Street and Delridge Way Southwest. An existing crosswalk is located going north and south on the intersection of Southwest Genesee Street and Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest. A proposed signalized intersection with a crosswalk is located on the intersection of Southwest Dakota Street and Delridge Way Southwest. Proposed crosswalks are located at the intersections of Southwest Dakota Street and Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest, and going east and west on Southwest Genesee Street and Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest. Bus routes run north and south on Delridge Way Southwest, east and west on Southwest Genesee Street, north and south on Twenty-Fifth Avenue Southwest, and on Southwest Dakota Street between Twenty-Fifth Avenue and Delridge Way Southwest. Active bus bays include one that is south of the intersection of Southwest Dakota Street and Delridge Way Southwest, and one that is just south of the elevated station on Twenty-Fifth Avenue Southwest. A paratransit stop is located east of the intersection of Southwest Dakota Street and Delridge Way Southwest. A pick-up and drop off site is located on Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Dakota Street and Southwest Nevada Street. Existing bicycle facilities exist going south on Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest, and east and west on Southwest Andover Street, beginning west of Delridge Way Southwest. Future bicycle facilities are planned for Southwest Andover Street west of Delridge Way Southwest, and Southwest Nevada Street going east from Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest. Existing bicycle and personal mobility storage is east of Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Dakota Street and Southwest Nevada Street. Parks and public space are located south of Southwest Genesee Street, going west from Delridge Way Southwest, as well as west of Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest between Southwest Andover Street and Southwest Nevada Street. Potential transit-oriented developments are located on the southeast corner of the Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest and Southwest Dakota Street crossroad, on the northeast corner of the Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest and Southwest Genesee Street crossroad, and west of Delridge Way Southwest between Southwest Dakota Street and Southwest Genesee Street.

A pedestrian connection from the new station to Twenty-Third Avenue Southwest will be implemented between Delridge Way Southwest and Twenty-Third Avenue Southwest. An existing signalized intersection and crosswalk is located at the intersection of Southwest Andover Street and Delridge Way Southwest. A bus route runs north and south on Delridge Way Southwest. Active bus bays include two locations east and west of the station on Delridge Way Southwest. A paratransit stop is located on Southwest Dakota Street between Twenty-Fifth Avenue Southwest and Delridge Way Southwest. Pick-up and drop off sites are located on Southwest Dakota Street between Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest and Delridge Way Southwest, as well as east of the station on Twenty-Third Avenue Southwest. Existing bicycle facilities exist east and west on Southwest Andover Street until Delridge Way Southwest, north and south on Twenty-Sixth Avenue Southwest, northwest and southeast on Delridge Way Southwest north of Southwest Andover Street, and northwest and southeast on Second Avenue Extension South. Future bicycle facilities are planned going south on Twenty-Third Avenue Southwest starting at Southwest Andover Street, and on Southwest Andover Street between Delridge Way Southwest and Twenty-Second Avenue Southwest. Existing bicycle and personal mobility storage is located west of the station adjacent to the Community Services Office building, and on the west side of the pedestrian zone on Twenty-Third Avenue Southwest.
